基础研究作为我国科技发展总体部署的重要方面,既是原始创新的源头,又是集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新的支撑。作为国家资助基础研究主要渠道之一的国家自然科学基金(以下简称基金),已被证明是推动我国现代科学事业发展的重要力量。随着党和国家对基础研究的日益重视,国家财政对基金的投入也稳定增长。
