蓬勃发展的中国经济吸引了越来越多的外国投资者,引入QFII机制被称作为境外投资者进入中国资本市场开辟的一条快捷绿色通道。风风雨雨之中,《合格境外机构投资者境内证券投资管理暂行办法》终于浮出水面。
The booming Chinese economy has attracted more and more foreign investors. The introduction of the QFII mechanism is said to be a fast and green channel for foreign investors to enter China’s capital market. Ups and downs, the “Interim Measures for the Administration of Domestic Securities Investment by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors” finally surfaced.
