沈阳市首届噪声与振动控制学术会议于一九八六年十二月二十五日在沈阳冶金机械专科学校召开.沈阳冶金机械专科学校副校长周平之,常永付同志出席了大会.在开幕式上周平之副校长做了热情扬溢的讲话.会议由市环境学会噪控组陈敏同志主持,市环境学会徐家骏秘书长致开幕词.开幕词后,东北工学院张维屏教授和市环保局唐瑞荣同志在会上做了学术报告,题目是:“噪声控制及国内外发展概况”,和“关于振动标准的研究”.
The first Shenyang Symposium on Noise and Vibration Control was held on December 25, 1986 in Shenyang Metallurgical Machinery College, with Vice Presidents Zhou Pingzhi and Chang Yongfu of Shenyang Metallurgical Machinery College attended the conference. At the opening Last week, vice president of Ping made a warm and spirited speech.At the meeting, chaired by Chen Min, vice director of noise control group of Municipal Environmental Society, Xu Jiajun, secretary general of Municipal Environmental Society made an opening speech.After the opening speech, Professor Zhang Weiping of Northeast Institute of Technology and Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau Comrade Tang Ruirong made an academic report at the meeting titled: “Noise Control and Development at Home and Abroad” and “Study on Vibration Standards”.
