《中国酒》杂志创刊于1993年,最初的办刊方针是围绕中国酿酒工业的范畴进行采访和报道。随着改革开放形势的进一步深入,经济生活中出现了许多积极的变化,企业自身及所面对的市场情况均与以前有较大的不同,《中国酒》办刊方针的调整势在必行。1995年8月,《中国酒》新的领导班子确立,出版击期改为双月刊,办刊方针归纳为四句话:“把握行业方针政策,提供酒业权威信息,洞察市场变化趋势,沟通商企产销关系”。与此同时,在主办单位中国酿酒工业协会的大力支持下,加强了与国内贸易部、国家统计局、证券研究机构等各有关部委的联
