应用金相检验、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等手段对镍基合金板材Inconel 600热轧表面起皮进行了分析,并对可能引起热轧镍基合金板材Inconel 600表面起皮的工艺进行了分析。分析表明:热轧板镍基合金板材Inconel 600表面起皮缺陷皮下成分主要由金属氧化物构成,根据起皮缺陷皮处的能谱分析结果、坯料表面情况及轧制过程可以判断引起热轧板表面起皮缺陷的原因主要有表面氧化物的轧入、铸坯表面或边部开裂等,详细讨论了热轧镍基合金板材Inconel 600表面起皮缺陷产生的原因。
The metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used to analyze the as-spalled surfaces of Inconel 600 Ni-based alloy sheet. The possible reasons for the skin cracking of Inconel 600 hot-rolled Ni-based alloy sheet were analyzed. The analysis shows that the subcutaneous components of the skin defects of Inconel 600 are mainly composed of metal oxides. According to the energy spectrum analysis results of the skin defects, the surface of the billet and the rolling process can be used to judge the hot rolled sheet The reasons for the surface skin defects mainly include the rolling in of the surface oxide, the cracking of the surface or edge of the slab, and so on. The causes of the surface flaking defects on the Inconel 600 surface of the hot-rolled nickel-base alloy sheet are discussed in detail.
