很多人觉得吃肉才管饱,美国明尼苏达大学一项研究显示,早餐吃些蘑菇比吃培根、香肠更能增加或延长饱腹感,从而有助减肥。研究人员招募32名志愿者,连续10天让一组志愿者每天吃两次蘑菇,让另外一组志愿者每天吃两次瘦牛肉。他们每次吃的蘑菇和瘦牛肉的分量分别为226克和28克,热量相当。研究人员让志愿者评估每次食用后的饱腹感。结果显示,食用蘑菇的饱腹感更明显,持续时间更长。
Many people think that eating meat is full, the United States University of Minnesota study shows that eating mushrooms to eat breakfast more than eating bacon, sausage can increase or extend the sense of fullness, which helps to lose weight. The researchers recruited 32 volunteers and asked a group of volunteers to eat mushrooms twice daily for 10 consecutive days, allowing another group of volunteers to eat lean beef twice daily. They eat mushrooms and lean beef weight of 226 grams and 28 grams, respectively, the equivalent of calories. Researchers asked volunteers to assess the feeling of fullness after each meal. The results showed that the fullness of eating mushrooms more obvious, longer duration.
