党的十七届六中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革、推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》,明确提出了推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、建设文化强国的战略目标,并且提出了新形势下文化改革发展的指导思想、重要方针、目标任务和政策措施,作出了全面部署,标志着中华民族的伟大复兴站在了一个新的历史起点。面对世界文化市场的严峻挑战,我们必须增强文化自觉和文化自信,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,建设社会主义文化强国。
