文化设施作为广大人民群众开展文化活动的重要载体,是我市加快文化事业发展和进一步推动文化大市建设的基础。加快文化设施建设,对活跃和丰富人民群众的精神文化生活,提高广大群众思想道德和科学文化素质,推进城乡物质文明、政治文明、精神文明建设,促进经济社会全面、协调和可持续发展,具有十分重要的作用。本文在对我市市域范围内的文化设施建设调研的基础上,提出了今后一段时期文化设施建设的主要思路,以供市委、市政府决策借鉴。
