一、前言随着科学技术的日新月异和社会化大生产的普及,一方面是社会分工越来越细,另一方面则是企业之间、国家之间、地区之间的合作越来越广泛。作为一种新的运作模式,项目组织能较好地适应这种变化,因而得到了日益推广普及。20世纪80年代,国内外对项目的组织和行为都作了许多研究,直到80 年代末,在国际项目管理大会上大家认为,国际项目管理领域尚未解决的问题,主要仍集中在项目的组织和组织行为方面。
I.
