2004年7月29日,苦苦期盼长达11年之久的四川绵阳“养猪大王”刘定国终于拿到了绵阳市中级法院赔偿委员会作出的赔偿决定书。当他翻开长达21页决定书的最后一页时,刘定国顿时傻了眼;绵阳市中级法院的决定书上写得很明白,虽然撤销了安县法院(2003)安法赔字第1号赔偿决定书,但绵阳市中级法院决定赔偿的直接经济损失却由86万余元变成了52万余元,比安县法院的赔偿决定足足少了34万元。就在拿到绵阳市中级法院赔偿委员会作出的赔偿决定书的当天,刘定国毅然向四川省高级法院提出了申诉。
