目的 通过检测胃、食管肿瘤耐药标志物P gP、HSP ,进一步了解胃、食管恶性肿瘤细胞耐药机制。方法 对 1997年初至 1999年底 6 6例胃、食管癌手术切除标本 ,采用S P免疫组化方法检测肿瘤耐药标志物P gP、HSP的阳性表达率。结果 P gP、HSP在胃、食管癌组织中均有阳性表达 ,总阳性率分别为 39.39%和 5 3.30 %,且高分化组阳性表达率明显高于低分化组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 P gP、HSP两种耐药标志物在胃癌、食管癌组织中高表达与肿瘤耐药有关 ,临床医生应重视检测P gP、HSP ,以便指导化疗方案的选择。
Objective To further understand the drug resistance mechanism of gastric and esophageal malignant tumor cells by detecting PgP and HSP resistance markers of gastric and esophageal tumors. Methods Sixty-six cases of gastric and esophageal cancer were resected from the beginning of 1997 to the end of 1999. S P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive expression rates of P gP and HSP. Results The positive expression rates of PgP and HSP in gastric and esophageal cancer tissues were 39.39% and 5 3.0%, respectively. The positive expression rate of high-differentiation group was significantly higher than that of poorly-differentiated group (P < 0.05). . Conclusion The high expression of PgP and HSP in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer is associated with tumor drug resistance. Clinicians should pay attention to the detection of P gP and HSP in order to guide the choice of chemotherapy.
