目的探讨三硝基甲苯作业工人工种、工龄与职业性慢性三硝基甲苯中毒发生的关系。方法选择2005年某化工厂职工健康监护体检资料,使用STATA 7.0统计软件进行COX比例风险模型分析。结果进行Log-rank定性检验及COX比例风险模型求证,以接尘工龄作为暴露时间变量t,COX比例风险模型为λ(t)=λ_0(t)exp~(1.354588x工种)。结论工种间的相对危险度比,RR=3.8752,一线作业工人的慢性三硝基甲苯中毒发生的RR是二线工作的工人的3.87倍,应用COX比例风险模型分析同类资料有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the types of trinitrotoluene workers and the length of service and occupational chronic trinitrotoluene poisoning. Methods The health checkup data of workers in a chemical factory in 2005 were selected and the COX proportional hazards model was analyzed using STATA 7.0 statistical software. Results The Log-rank qualitative test and COX proportional hazard model were used to verify the risk ratio of COX to λ (t) = λ_0 (t) exp ~ (1.354588x) with dust exposure as the exposure time variable t. Conclusions The relative risk ratio among the various types of work is (RR = 3.8752). The RR of first-line workers with chronic trinitrotoluene poisoning is 3.87 times of that of second-line workers. It is instructive to analyze the same data with COX proportional hazards model.
