[目的]了解天津市健康人群流脑A群、C群抗体水平,评价疫苗效果。[方法]2007年在全市范围内采用分层随机抽样法采集1062份健康人群血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法进行A群、C群流脑IgG抗体水平定量检测,并结合免疫史进行疫苗免疫与抗体水平之间的相关分析。[结果]流脑A群抗体水平较高,阳性率为92.66%,平均抗体浓度为15.02μg/ml;C群抗体水平较低,阳性率为52.92%,平均抗体浓度为6.30μg/ml;A群、C群抗体水平均与接种相应疫苗存在关联性。[结论]为进一步加强流脑控制,应做好A+C流脑疫苗纳入免疫规划程序的落实工作。
[Objective] To understand the level of antibody against group A and group C of meningitis in healthy population in Tianjin and evaluate the vaccine effect. [Methods] In 2007, stratified random sampling method was used to collect blood samples of 1062 healthy people in the city.
