针对电火工品可靠性试验中采用常规方法检测发火电流时的测量数据存在误差,不能真实反映发火过程的问题,提出基于Rogowski线圈的电火工品无损耗检测方法。该方法以Rogowski线圈作为电流测量元件,在检测过程中,Rogowski线圈与被测导体无直接的电量连接,不消耗电路本身的能量,实现了对被测电流的无损耗取样,较好地解决了电火工品可靠性试验中微秒级瞬态信号的检测。试验表明:测量结果与理论计算值具有相同的变化规律,测试波形准确。
For the reliability test of electro-explosive products, the measurement data when using the conventional method to detect the firing current is inaccurate, and the problem of firing process can not be truly reflected. A lossless detection method for electro-explosive products based on Rogowski coil is proposed. In this method, the Rogowski coil is used as the current measuring element. During the testing process, the Rogowski coil has no direct connection with the conductor under test and does not consume the energy of the circuit itself, so as to achieve a lossless sampling of the measured current, Detection of microsecond transient signal in electro - explosive reliability test. The experiment shows that the measured results have the same variation with the theoretical value and the test waveform is accurate.
