药典规定测定旋光度时温度应为20±0.5℃,但在实际操作时,受条件、时间的限制,有时未能调温至20℃。由于葡萄糖及其制剂在临床上作为营养及体液补充药,使用非常广泛,因此旋光度测定法的应用也是非常广泛。为探讨温度对旋光度测定的影响,本文对中国药典1995年版收载的四个品种,29个批次,在7个不同温度放置后测定旋光度,并进行方差分析,现报道如下。1仪器与试药WZZ-1型自动指示旋光仪(上海物理光学仪器厂)电热恒温水浴锅(厦门第一医疗器械厂)
Pharmacopoeia determination of optical rotation temperature should be 20 ± 0.5 ℃, but in actual operation, subject to conditions, time constraints, and sometimes failed to temperature to 20 ℃. Since glucose and its preparations are clinically used as nutritional and body fluid supplements, they are widely used, and their application to spectrophotometry is also very extensive.
