Low levels of lead during pregnancy harm the health of maternal and child, lead through the placenta into the fetus affect the growth and development. Calcium intervention can reduce lead exposure during pregnancy and reduce lead toxicity. Nutritional intervention during pregnancy to prevent fetal lead toxicity has great clinical value
