契约在我国古代很早以前就出现了,而且契约的发展也经历了一个比较漫长的过程,契约制度的形成,可以说是我国古代法律形成及发展的一种重要推动因素。
The contract appeared very early in ancient China, and the development of the contract also went through a relatively long process. The formation of the contract system can be said to be an important factor for the formation and development of ancient Chinese law.
