对白肋烟调制过程中叶片膜脂过氧化及内源保护酶活性的变化进行了研究,结果表明,随着白肋烟调制过程的进展,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显下降直至消失,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增加,过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在调制2d后上升到最大值,而后下降直到活性丧失,多酚氧化酶则在调制48h内上升到最大值之后下降。不同处理以高温变黄处理烟叶膜脂过氧化水平最高,低温处理最低。
The changes of membrane lipid peroxidation and endogenous protective enzyme activities in burley tobacco leaves were studied. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased significantly until its disappearance with the progress of burley tobacco production. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in membrane lipid peroxidation products increased significantly. The activity of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) increased to the maximum after 2 days of modulation, and then decreased until the activity was lost. The activity of polyphenol oxidase Then falls within 48 h of modulation up to the maximum value. Different treatments to yellowing at high temperature had the highest level of membrane lipid peroxidation and the lowest low temperature treatment.
