力量素质是短跑运动员身体素质训练的一项重要内容,不仅关系到运动员身体的匀称性,而且对运动员今后从事短跑运动也有至关重要的作用。本文从短跑运动的项目特点及力量素质,总结出一套适合短跑运动训练实践的力量训练方法。
Strength quality is an important part of sprint athlete's physical fitness training. It not only relates to the symmetry of athlete's body, but also plays an important role in athlete's future sprint. This article summarizes a set of strength training methods that are suitable for the practice of short-distance running training from the characteristics and strength of the performance of short-distance running.
