在AuCu_3中一小部分金原子被银原子置换时,由有序状态转变为无序状态的库尔纳科夫点发生了改变。实验证明:银原子含量在0.7—2.5%范围内库尔纳科夫点下降低量△T_c与银原子浓度将近作線性关系。2.5%的银原子浓度可使△T_c达到28℃,运用第一近鄰作用的假定及零次近似热力学计算,考虑到银、铜之间几乎互不溶觧,可以说明实验事实。
In AuCu_3, when a small part of the gold atoms were replaced by silver atoms, the change of the Kurnakov point from the ordered state to the disordered state was observed. Experiments show that: the silver atom content in the range of 0.7-2.5% fall point of the Kurnakov point △ T_c concentration of silver atoms near the linear relationship. 2.5% of the silver atom concentration can make △ T_c reach 28 ℃. Using the assumption of the first neighbor effect and the zero-order approximate thermodynamic calculation, taking into account the almost mutual insolubility between silver and copper, it can illustrate the experimental fact.
