TLP及钎焊是难焊金属重要的连接方法,在焊接过程中两种方法都涉及到母材的溶解,如何控制并利用好基体母材的溶解对改善材料连接接头性能,提高焊接效率和减少不必要的浪费具有重要的工程应用价值。本文总结了国内外母材溶解的研究进展,介绍了TLP连接和钎焊连接过程中母材溶解的研究成果和机理,并指出了目前研究工作中的不足和发展方向。
TLP and brazing are the important connection methods of refractory metal. Both methods involve the dissolution of base metal in the welding process. How to control and utilize the dissolution of matrix base material to improve the performance of the material joint, improve the welding efficiency and reduce Unnecessary waste has important engineering application value. This paper summarizes the research progress of the dissolution of base metal at home and abroad, introduces the research results and mechanism of the dissolution of base metal during TLP connection and brazing process, and points out the shortcomings and development direction of the current research work.
