以大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,黑曲霉为指示菌,采用杯碟法对蛹拟青霉不同菌株的液体发酵液及菌丝体甲醇提取物进行抑菌试验。结果表明:蛹拟青霉各菌株液体发酵菌丝体的甲醇提取物对4种指示菌均无抑制活性。当各菌株发酵液甲醇提取物样品浓度为5 mg/mL时,PM27菌株的发酵液样品对大肠杆菌抑制效果最好,PM38菌株发酵液样品对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好,PM33菌株发酵液样品对枯草芽孢杆菌抑制效果最好,PM27菌株发酵液样品对黑曲霉抑制效果最好,其最小抑菌浓度MIC分别为0.32 mg/mL,0.32 mg/mL,0.64 mg/mL,0.16 mg/mL。
Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger were used as indicator bacteria to inhibit bacteriostasis of liquid fermentation broth and mycelium methanol extract of different strains of Paecilomyces pseudograper by cup-cup method. The results showed that methanol extract of liquid mycelium of Paecilomyces pupae had no inhibitory activity against the four indicator bacteria. When the concentration of methanol extract of fermentation broth of each strain was 5 mg / mL, the fermentation broth samples of PM27 strain had the best inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, the PM38 strains fermentation broth sample had the best inhibition effect on Staphylococcus aureus, the fermentation broth of PM33 strain Bacillus subtilis had the best inhibitory effect on the samples. The PM27 strain had the best inhibitory activity against Aspergillus niger. The MICs were 0.32 mg / mL, 0.32 mg / mL, 0.64 mg / mL and 0.16 mg / mL, respectively .
