2016年开展“两学一做”学习教育的深化之年,为进一步提升党建工作的科学水平,优化医院的服务质量,潞安集团总医院(以下简称“医院”)党委组织在“坚定理想信念、坚持根本宗旨、发挥党员作用”活动主题的倡导下,针对本院工作实际情况,在原有工作基础上积极开拓创新,并通过对党组织体系的完善建设工作,在党组织的带领下不断深化医院全心全意为人民服务的办院宗旨,以自身的实际行动来对“两学一做”重要思想进行践行。并在此过程中取得了一定的成果,为此本文以山西潞安集团总医院为研究对象,就医院“服务型”党组织的建设实践展开了一番深入的研究与探讨。希望通过以下研究对本院未来的建设发展工作具有一定的指导意义。
In order to further enhance the scientific level of party building and optimize the service quality of the hospital, the party committee of Lu’an Group General Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “hospital” Under the advocacy of the theme of “Deepening Ideal and Faith, Insisting on Fundamental Purposes and Bringing into Play as a Party Member”, in light of the actual situation in our college, we actively explore and innovate on the basis of the original work and through the improvement and construction of the party organization system, Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Central Committee, we will continue to deepen the hospital’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and practice the important thinking of “two studies and one education” with our own practical actions. In the process, some achievements have been achieved. Therefore, this article takes Shanxi Luan Group General Hospital as the research object, and conducts a deep research and discussion on the construction practice of the hospital “service type ” party organization. It is hoped that this study will be of guiding significance to the future construction and development of this hospital through the following research.
