随着改革开放的深入发展,社会主义市场经济逐步确立,将伴随着一场深刻的观念转变。在这一变革过程中,有极少数人把个人主义、利己主义当作“新观念”提倡,为人民服务精神却遭摒弃。在医疗卫生系统中,虽然大多数医务人员仍兢兢业业,任劳任怨,以科学态度和医生的良知认真地履行白衣天使的职责,但并非明确了市场经济与为人民服务的关系。也有一些人怀疑二者是否是相互排斥、相互对立。为此,笔者谈几点个人看法。
With the in-depth development of reform and opening up, the gradual establishment of the socialist market economy will be accompanied by a profound change of concept. In this process of transformation, a very small number of people advocated individualism and egoism as “new concepts,” and the spirit of serving the people was abandoned. In the medical and health system, although most medical personnel are still conscientious, hard-working, and earnestly fulfilling their responsibilities with scientific attitudes and the conscience of doctors, it is not clear about the relationship between the market economy and serving the people. Some people also doubt whether the two are mutually exclusive and antagonistic. For this reason, I talk about a few personal views.
