上海市民政局、劳动局、人事局和卫生局最近联合推出《上海市精神病患者住院经费负担办法》。根据这一办法,机关、企事业单位在职职工中的精神病人的医疗按公费,劳保条例规定办理;无直系亲属依靠,无生活来源,无生产劳动能力的社会救济对象中的精神病人,其住院费、病室治疗费、药品费及衣食生活等经费,均由病人户口所在地区县的财政负担;对有直系亲属供养的无业精神病人,其住院费,病室治费、药品费等费用按公费、劳保规定报销一部分,
Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Labor Bureau, Personnel Bureau and Health Bureau recently jointly launched the “Measures for the Hospitalization Expenditure for Shanghai Psychiatric Patients”.
