目的通过了解常州市天宁区公共场所卫生状况,为开展卫生监测提供依据。方法对2011—2013年天宁区1 972家公共场所的公共用品进行监测,采用χ2检验对合格率进行统计学分析。结果共监测公共用品10 948份,合格9 311份,总体合格率为85.05%。不同场所公共用品的监测中,合格率最高的是美容美发业(94.27%),最低的是游泳场所(21.20%),各类场所的合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=847.16,P<0.01)。不同年份各类公共场所室内空气卫生监测合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=71.37,P<0.01)。不同种类的公共用品监测中,合格率最高的是美容美发工具类(94.59%),最低的是茶具类(82.13%),各类公共用品合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.38,P<0.01)。游泳池水监测中,游离余氯合格率最低,仅为26.27%,各年份监测项目合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.10,P<0.05)。结论应进一步加强卫生监督监测,提高公共场所的卫生水平。
Objective To understand the health status of public places in Tianning District of Changzhou and provide the basis for health monitoring. Methods The public articles in 1 972 public places in Tianning District from 2011 to 2013 were monitored, and the χ2 test was used to analyze the pass rate. Results A total of 10 948 public goods were monitored, 9 311 were qualified, with an overall pass rate of 85.05%. In the monitoring of public places in different places, the highest passing rate was in the beauty and hairdressing industry (94.27%) and the lowest was in swimming places (21.20%). There was a significant difference in pass rates among various places (χ2 = 847.16, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in pass rate of indoor air hygienic monitoring between different types of public places in different years (χ2 = 71.37, P <0.01). Among the different kinds of public goods, the highest passing rate was the beauty and hairdressing tools (94.59%), the lowest ones (82.13%) and the pass rates of all kinds of public goods were statistically significant (χ2 = 25.38, P <0.01). In the swimming pool water monitoring, the pass rate of free residual chlorine was the lowest, only 26.27%. There was a significant difference in the passing rate of monitoring items in all years (χ2 = 9.10, P <0.05). Conclusion Health supervision and monitoring should be further strengthened to improve the hygiene level in public places.
