目的:研究Bcl-2、ki-67、VEGF在人结膜翼状胬肉中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化Elivision法检测结膜翼状胬肉中Bcl-2、ki-67、VEGF的表达,并与正常结膜中Bcl-2、ki-67、VEGF的表达做对比。结果:Bcl-2、VEGF在翼状胬肉与正常结膜中的表达差异有统计学意义;ki-67在翼状胬肉与正常结膜中的表达差异无统计学意义。结论:翼状胬肉的形成与Bcl-2、VEGF密切相关。
Objective: To study the expression of Bcl-2, ki-67 and VEGF in human conjunctiva pterygium. Methods: The expressions of Bcl-2, Ki-67 and VEGF in conjunctiva pterygium were detected by immunohistochemical Elivision method and compared with the expression of Bcl-2, ki-67 and VEGF in normal conjunctiva. Results: The expression of Bcl-2 and VEGF in pterygium and normal conjunctiva had statistical significance. There was no significant difference in the expression of ki-67 between pterygium and normal conjunctiva. Conclusion: The formation of pterygium is closely related to Bcl-2 and VEGF.
