以甘蓝型油菜杂交种(秦杂油3号和秦优7号)为材料,对不同发育时期的环境因子和气体交换参数进行了比较,结果表明:不同品种净光合速率在不同发育时期变化规律一致,均为花期>薹期>苗期>角果期,秦优7号的在各时期净光合速率大于秦优3号,但两者无显著性差异;气孔导度与净光合速率的变化一致,也为花期>薹期>苗期>角果期,而蒸腾速率为花期>薹期>角果期>苗期,胞间CO2浓度则一直处于下降的趋势;不同发育时期的净光合速率与光合有效辐射、气孔导度和蒸腾速率呈极显著性正相关,净光合速率的改变是这三者共同作用的结果;另外不同光合器官的光合能力也有差异,角果弱于叶片。
