健康课堂是在适当压力下进行的高效学习,在教育教学互动中共同享受精彩的课堂生成,从而形成“学生学得快乐,教师教得幸福”的美好境界。黄石市市府路小学自2011年起开始健康课堂教与学方式的研究,确立了目标为:“双动发展”即师生的“主动学习、生动发展”的《基于减负增效背景下小学“双动”健康课堂教学流程的探究》。让课堂“动”起来,打造促进师生双方主动学习、生动发展的课堂。市府路小学立足课堂,进行课堂诊断式研究,力求通过教师团队互助的观课、议课实现研修资源精品化、经验化。形成了基于线索探讨的语文主题教学基本流程和以问题探究为主的数学课堂教学基本流程。下面以两个案例来呈现市府路小学“双动”课堂教学:
