记者:武夷山开发与保护中,政府是怎样搭这个协调和统一的平台的? 胡书仁:现在武夷山的基本格局是:股份公司搞经营,管委会负责景区保护,旅游局负责旅游行业的管理和统筹以及对外宣传、营销、促销。在合理分工的基础上,既相互协调,又相互制约。实践证明,这几年来武夷山旅游收入的飞跃性提升,就是依靠这种体制的力量。
