采用5×4不完全双列杂交设计,估算了9个甘蔗亲本无性系的5个主要经济性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力。方差分析表明,除父本株高外,5个性状的一般配合力达差异显著水准,特殊配合力只有株高和锤度两性状差异达显著水准。根据性状的平均表现、一般配合力效应、特殊配合力效应和均方,评价了亲本无性系有关性状的遗传特点及其在甘蔗杂交育种上的应用。CP28—11作为母本能把其高糖特性传递给后代,崖71-374是最理想的父本,其杂种后代表现高糖高产。F_1代群体表现较好的组合有:选15×崖71-374,Co997×崖71-374和 CP28-11×崖73—512。
Using 5 × 4 incomplete diallel crosses, the general combining ability and the special combining ability of 5 main economic traits of 9 sugarcane parental clones were estimated. Analysis of variance showed that except for the male plant height, the general combining ability of 5 traits reached a significant level of difference, and the special combining ability was only significant difference between plant height and brix. According to the average performance of traits, general combining ability effect, special combining ability effect and mean square, the genetic traits of parents-related traits and their application in sugarcane cross breeding were evaluated. CP28-11, as a female parent, can transfer its high sugar properties to offspring. Cliff 71-374 is the most ideal paternal, and its offspring represent high-yielding sugar. F_1 generation group performed better combination of election: 15 × cliff 71-374, Co997 × cliff 71-374 and CP28-11 × cliff 73-512.
