随着我国新生代农民工的数量的急剧增长,80后90后农民工成了进城务工人员的主力。但是由于我国城乡二元结构的影响以及现阶段我国法律法规的不健全,导致新生代农民工在城市融入过程中有许多障碍,严重影响了新生代农民工的生存与发展。如何破解这个难题是目前学界的一个热点,笔者通过对重庆新生代农民工的调查,提出来一些对策。
With the rapid growth of the number of new generation of migrant workers in our country, migrant workers in the 1980s and 1990s have become the main force of migrant workers in cities. However, due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas in our country and the imperfect laws and regulations of our country at the present stage, the new-generation migrant workers have many obstacles in the process of urban integration and have seriously affected the survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers. How to solve this problem is a hotspot in the academic circle. The author puts forward some countermeasures through the investigation of the new generation of migrant workers in Chongqing.
