我省自今春实行生猪定养定购政策以来,由于各级党政机关的重视和领导,广大群众的积极支持,上半年基本完成了收购计划和外调任务,并适当供应了城市、工矿区的肉食需要和调剂了农村肉食供应,继续稳定了生猪市场。但进入下半年以后,生猪市场又出现了购销不平衡的情况,内销外调均极紧张。九月以来虽采取了加强收购、掌握内销、积极组织外调等若干措施,但收购完不成计划和城市工矿区供应紧张的情况始终未能改变,外调数量距离国家计划仍然很远,若干农村集镇对居民肉食需要也缺乏应有的、适当的供应,严重地影响着人民的生活需要和国家对外贸易的要求。
