用60Co-γ射线16千伦照射三个品种大豆风干种子。分析比较了M_1—M_3世代间的相关,M_2与M_3代的方差比及遗传变异系数比值,以及M_3代方差的组成和M_2代选择效果。据此研究探讨了大豆辐射后代的选择时期和方法。(1)M_2代具有较高的选择潜力和可靠性,是选择的关键世代。(2)建议在辐射育种的选择中,M_1不选择,每株收30粒;M_2、M_3在选择生育期、株高、百粒重的基础上,每株摘收1—2荚;M_4以后按系谱法进行选择处理。
Three varieties of soybeans were irradiated with 60Co-gamma rays at 16,000 and dried in air. The correlation between M_1-M_3 generations, the ratio of variance of M_2 and M_3 generations, the coefficient of genetic variation, the composition of M_3 generations variance and the M_2 generation selection effect were analyzed and compared. Based on this study, we discussed the selection period and method of soybean radiation offspring. (1) M_2 generation has a high potential and reliability of choice, is the key generation of choice. (2) It is suggested that M1 should not be selected in radiation breeding selection, and each plant should receive 30 grains; M_2, M_3 should be 1-2 pods per plant on the basis of choosing growth period, plant height and 100-grain weight; According to the genealogy method to choose treatment.
