目前,各成人院校对在校生的体育工作,都是按国家教委的有关规定安排的。每周两节体育课,坚持每天做课间操,并能开展多种形式的课外体育活动。然而,对函授学员的体育锻炼问题普遍存在着重视不够的现象。笔者感到,函授学员从总体上讲,就其身体的发育情况以及对身体锻炼的需要上,同全科在校生没有什么两样。况且由于面授期间学习任务量大,因此,科学地安排好学员的体育锻炼,对于他们完成学习任务以及身心健康具有重要意义。学校对函授学员的体育锻炼问题能否给予足够的重视,能否从关心函授学员身心健康的角度去看待这个问题,笔者感到这是一个培养什么样的人和怎样去培养的问题。除解决认识问题之外,从目前各成人院校的实际现状看,能否分三步逐步解决: 第一步;近期能达到的目标1.学校给各函授班级发放一定数量的体育器材,添置或改善运动场地和设备,供学员使用。
At present, the sports work for the students in all adult institutions is arranged according to the relevant provisions of the State Education Commission. Two physical lessons per week, insist on daily practice class, and to carry out various forms of extracurricular sports activities. However, there is a common phenomenon of inadequate attention paid to the trainees of correspondence education. The author feels that correspondence students generally have no different from general practitioners in terms of their physical development and the need for physical exercise. Moreover, due to the large amount of learning tasks during the face-to-face teaching period, it is of great significance for them to arrange the physical training of the students scientifically in order to accomplish their learning tasks and physical and mental health. Whether the school can give sufficient attention to the issue of physical exercise of correspondence students and whether we can look at the issue from the point of view of concern about the physical and mental health of correspondence students can be regarded as a question of what kind of person to cultivate and how to cultivate. In addition to solving the problem of understanding, from the actual status quo of adult colleges and universities at present, can we gradually solve the problem in three steps: Step 1: What we can achieve in the near future 1. The school will release a certain amount of sports equipment to all correspondence classes, Or improve playgrounds and equipment for trainees.
