Heidegger expounded his theory of the relationship between architecture, thoughts and living in “Poetry, Language and Thought”. In his view, dwelling is a kind of existence, which is where he lives, while the building and the mind as a living complex make the essence of dwelling open during the short stay of human beings. Based on the analysis of the architectural and ideological features of living, this paper draws the real living predicament of modern people and presents the reader a real way to get out of the predicament for the poetic dwelling of Heidegger.
