近些年,邮票价格波动较大,一方面带动了集邮业务,有力促进了邮票邮品的销售,并引起了社会对集邮业务的广泛关注;另一方面由于邮票“收藏热”社会需求增大,形成了一票难求的局面,实力雄厚的邮商群体纷纷获益,给集邮公司乃至社会文化公司通过市场采购邮票制作邮品增加了巨大的成本风险。邮票价格的大幅波动暴露出人们集邮心态的浮动,因此,集邮经营管理部门在今后工作中,如何培育大家良好健康的集邮心态,引导集邮健康有序发展将是一项迫在眉睫的长期工作。
