一条大通路干线的建设,涉及科研、设计、制造、施工、维护五个环节。它们相互的关系和地位可以这样来认识,科研、制造决定设备和系统的合理性、可靠性和稳定性,因而是前提;设计是对前者的巧妙应用;施工这个环节由于线路工程存在一个二次质量问题,故工程质量是线路能否保持畅通的基础;维护部门的职责主要是保持设备性能良好,安全畅通。前四个环节经历时间比较短暂,而维护确是长期的,一般均在20年以上。
The construction of a thoroughfare route involves five aspects of scientific research, design, manufacture, construction and maintenance.
