八十年代以来,上海郊县乡镇企业迅速发展,城镇人口不断增加,工业废水和生活污水的排放量日益加大,致使许多江河、湖泊水质严重污染,甚至引起蚌的死亡。为确保河蚌育珠业的发展,各地先后把河蚌移入内塘和鱼进行混养,但在生产实践中,三角帆蚌成活率较低,或严重影响花白鲢的产量。为了探索这一问题,我们于1986年在上海市嘉定县朱家桥乡沥江村养殖场进行了鱼蚌混养试验。试验塘和对照塘各10亩,水深均为2.8米,
