一岁以下儿童患血吸虫病,过去虽有报告,感染享可达10%,但患急性血吸虫病的报告很少。现将我们最近发现一例周岁儿童感染急性血吸虫病,报告如下: 患儿张××,男性,满周岁,于1972年7月28日入院。主诉:持续发热一周。现病史;患儿入院前一周突起寒战,伴有高热并持续不退,有干咳,近3天来有腹泻,大便稀,伴有粘液。每日5～6次,无惊厥及呕吐,起病后曾服用四环素及“退热药”治疗无效,急诊入院。过去病史:以往无
