目的:确定拳参总蒽醌的优化超声提取工艺。方法:采用直接紫外分光光度法测定拳参总蒽醌含量并以总蒽醌提取率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比三因素对拳参总蒽醌提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上选取试验因素与水平,采用响应面分析法优化超声提取工艺条件。结果:拳参总蒽醌的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度73%,提取时间30 min,料水比1∶35(W∶V)。在最佳工艺条件下,拳参总蒽醌的实际提取率可达3.03%。结论:该工艺提取率高、操作简便,可为拳参总蒽醌的生产提供参考。
Objective: To determine the optimized ultrasonic extraction process of total anthraquinone in fistula. Methods: The content of total anthraquinone in fistula was determined by direct ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the extraction rate of total anthraquinone was used as an index. The effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time and the ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction rate of total anthraquinone in fistifruit were investigated. Based on the factor tests, the factors and levels of the test were selected, and the conditions of ultrasonic extraction were optimized by response surface analysis. Results: The optimal extraction technology of total anthraquinone in Forsythia ginseng was: ethanol concentration 73%, extraction time 30 min, material to water ratio 1:35 (W: V). Under the optimum conditions, the actual extraction rate of total anthraquinone from Forsythin was 3.03%. Conclusion: The extraction rate of the process is high, easy to operate, which can provide a reference for the production of total anthraquinone.
