行动研究的“亲教师”特性使其在基层体育教师中得到推广,许多体育教师也积极地将自己教育行动研究的成果公开发表,与同行交流、探讨。我们发现这些成果存在两个可以改进的不足:大部分教师的体育教育故事没有体现体育教师在教育行动中经验的改造和提升,以及体育教育教学反思普遍缺少学生的视角。
Action research “pro-teacher ” characteristics make it be promoted among grassroots PE teachers. Many PE teachers also actively publish the results of their own educational action research and communicate with their counterparts to explore. We find that there are two problems that can be improved: most teachers’ PE education stories do not reflect the transformation and promotion of PE teachers’ experiences in educational activities, and the general lack of students’ perspective in PE teaching reflection.
