目的:考察人参皂苷Rg1鼻腔给药的可行性。方法:采用“在体蟾蜍上腭法”考察人参皂苷Rg1对纤毛的毒性;采用HPLC法考察人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠鼻腔酶和pH的稳定性;采用“大鼠在体鼻腔循环灌流法”考察人参皂苷Rg1鼻腔黏膜吸收的特点。结果:人参皂苷Rg1对纤毛运动无影响;对大鼠鼻腔酶和pH稳定;能通过鼻腔黏膜吸收。结论:人参皂苷Rg1鼻腔给药在一定条件下是可行的。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of nasal administration of ginsenoside Rg1. METHODS: Toxicity of ginsenoside Rg1 to cilia was investigated by using “Toad palate method”. The stability of ginsenoside Rg1 to nasal enzyme and pH in rats was investigated by HPLC method. Act "study ginsenoside Rg1 nasal mucosal absorption characteristics. Results: Ginsenoside Rg1 had no effect on ciliary motility; it was stable to nasal enzyme and pH in rats; it could be absorbed through nasal mucosa. Conclusion: Nasal administration of ginsenoside Rg1 is feasible under certain conditions.
