先锋霉素Ⅴ为半合成第一代头孢菌素 ,对革兰氏阳性菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌等有较好作用 ,对革兰氏阴性菌也有一定的疗效。我们从 1998年～ 2 0 0 1年采用 0 .5 %先锋霉素Ⅴ滴眼液治疗感染性角膜溃疡 6 0例 (6 2只眼 )取得良好的临床效果 ,现总结如下。1 资料和方法1
