在菲律宾的五种水稻土上研究了~(15)N 标记氮肥在土壤无机和有机组分中的动态。交换性 NH_4~+在插后40天持续消减;贝得石型土壤的 NH_4~+固定强烈;肥料氮被固定后又可从非交换性 NH_4~+库中再释放;被固定的肥料氮大部分回收在α-氨基酸和水解性未知氮组分中;稻株对肥料氮的回收率因土壤而异,范围为52~66%;成熟时稻株吸氮总量中肥料氮的贡献仅为20~30%;移栽前的土壤矿化氮含量与吸氮量显著相关;肥料氮中还有22~34%去向不明,可能是反硝化和氨挥发损失的结果。
The dynamics of ~ (15) N-labeled nitrogen fertilizers in soil inorganic and organic fractions were studied on five paddy soils in the Philippines. Exchangeable NH_4 ~ + continued to decrease 40 days after plugging, NH_4 ~ + fixation was firm in Beidou-type soil, nitrogen of fertilizer was fixed and then released from non-exchange NH_4 ~ + bank, Partially recovered in the a-amino acids and hydrolytic unknown nitrogen components; rice plant fertilizer nitrogen recovery rate varies from soil to soil, ranging from 52 to 66%; rice nitrogen fertilizer at maturity when the total nitrogen contribution of only 20 ~ 30%. Soil mineralized nitrogen content before transplanting was significantly correlated with nitrogen uptake. There was still 22 ~ 34% unknown in the fertilizer nitrogen, which could be the result of denitrification and ammonia volatilization.
