本文探讨了金属材料塑性成形的摩擦特点,指出目前生产中测量的摩擦系数实际是“平均摩擦系数”。此“平均摩擦系数”与物理学采用的库伦摩擦理论中的摩擦系数概念不同。并试验验证了“平均摩擦系数”与接触压力的关系。
This paper discusses the friction characteristics of plastic forming of metal materials, and points out that the friction coefficient measured in the current production is actually the “average friction coefficient”. This “average coefficient of friction” differs from the concept of friction in the Coulomb friction theory used in physics. The relationship between the “average friction coefficient” and the contact pressure was verified by experiments.
