海南州是一个拥有40万人口的藏族自治州,很多经济总量指标在全省各州地市中占中上位次,但由于海南州人口总量列居全省第三位,所以从人均指标角度看,情况不尽如此。人既是生产者,又是消费者,在生产和消费环节中扮演着双重角色。发展生产的目的是为了提高人民的物质文化生活水平。因而人均指标的多与少,可以反映一个地区的富裕程度、发展速度,更是衡量一个国家或地区的经济实力与发展
Hainan Prefecture is a Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture with a population of 400,000. Many indicators of economic output rank the highest among the prefectures and cities of the province. However, as the total population of Hainan Province ranks the third in the province, from the perspective of per capita index This is not the case. People are both producers and consumers, playing a dual role in both production and consumption. The purpose of developing production is to raise people’s material and cultural life. Thus per capita indicators are more and less, which can reflect the richness and speed of development in a region and even weigh the economic strength and development of a country or region
