本文用优化的方法,为鞍钢第一初轧厂设计一根滑块式万向接轴。与传统的计算方法区别是,该设计考虑了摩擦力的存在,用等强度的方法作为目标函数,对接轴主要结构参数比进行优化,使叉头和扁头的承载能力趋于相等。这样在不改变叉头材质和外径的条件下,采用优化的结构参数比,能使叉头的承载能力提高18.6%。优化结果表明,万向接轴优化设计是可行的。
In this paper, an optimized method is used to design a slider universal joint for Anshan Iron and Steel Company first rolling mill. Compared with the traditional calculation method, the design considers the existence of friction force and uses the equal strength method as the objective function, and optimizes the main structural parameters of the joint shaft so that the bearing capacity of the fork head and the flat head tends to be equal. This does not change the fork material and outer diameter conditions, the use of optimized structural parameters than the ratio, the fork carrying capacity can be increased by 18.6%. The optimization results show that the universal joint design is feasible.
