20 0 1年以来 ,光阳厂为了满足炼铁厂对铁水的需要和焦炭的平衡 ,高炉利用系数一直保持在 2 .75t/ (m3 ·d) (指工作容积利用系数 )以上 ,喷煤比大于 16 0kg/t。因为高炉要保持长期高利用系数、高煤比操作 ,因而确定了几个关键因素 :(1)原料方针 ;(2 )煤气流控制 ;(3)活跃炉缸 ;(4)炉体设备维护 ;(5 )操作控制和监测系统。光阳厂相信 ,通过对这些关键因素的适当控制 ,可以在高利用系数、高煤比情况下 ,使高炉寿命超过 2 5年。
