对间歇精馏脉动操作在产品馏出段的应用进行了研究,通过实验验证可知,所建立的数学模型可以较好地描述该操作过程各参数的变化规律。提出了一种以过程分离因子为基础的目标函数,可方便地用于衡量二元间歇精馏不同操作策略产品馏出段的分离效果。对脉动馏出操作过程中间歇精馏分离效果受塔顶存料量的影响进行了讨论,模拟计算结果表明,脉动操作与常规操作相比可改善间歇精馏分离效果,但塔顶存料量过大对脉动操作不利
The application of batch distillation pulsation in the product distillation section was studied. The experimental verification shows that the mathematical model established can well describe the variation of each parameter during the operation. An objective function based on the process separation factor is proposed, which can be conveniently used to measure the separation effect of distillate in different operation strategies of binary batch distillation. The effects of intermittent distillation and separation on pulsating distillation are discussed. The simulation results show that the pulsating operation can improve the batch distillation separation efficiency compared with the conventional operation.
